Summary: I happy to see that there was actual plates and cutlery. Wherever I have stayed in the past, they only have paper plates.. I am vegetarian, there were sausages and eggs for meat eaters. It would be good if there is something fir vegetarians also, like hashbrowns?

Summary: On arrival check in was swift and I was fully informed of the hotel policies regarding housekeeping and breakfast hours. That is, housekeeping is not maintained daily. You can however request this service if you wish by way of booking in with the front desk agent before 10am. There appeared to be only one agent on the front desk at any one time. Each agent appeared to be very helpful and knowledgeable but also approachable.

Summary: It’s a shame as the first impression (after departing from the UK some 14 hours earlier) was the unfriendly welcome by the reception member of staff. No smile, no warm welcome or greeting. A ‘head down’ tapping of keyboard and functioning responses to our questions. The room however is very comfortable and the beds too. Just a smile would have made all of the difference. Simple basics for such a role ?
